David Bowen
David has 32 years experience as a full time Realtor in Austin, Tx. with specific expertise in investment management, property development and long term strategies. He has been a top producing Austin Real Estate Agent every year for the last 15 years and has been recognized as a charter member of the Elite 25, which is a networking organization of the top 25 producing agents in Central Texas. Living in Austin, Tx. since 1975, David has extensive knowledge in the history and performance of each local real estate market. He is a market expert in new home construction and designs, resale home purchases and marketing, real estate finance and development, and waterfront and acreage sales.
He is committed to thorough and conscientious completion of each business endeavor in which he is involved. He has managed large investment and development companies in Austin as either owner or general manager since 1988.
Judy Bowen
Judy with her warm personality and enjoyment of working with others, calls upon her experience as an advanced clinical family therapist with a Masters Degree in Social Work. Her background enables her to listen carefully to her clients’ needs and expectations; provide guidance in the various levels of decision making; and implement productive negotiation skills in closing transactions.
Judy has been married to her husband David for 32 years. Her son Rhett and daughter-in-law Hollie live in Austin and her daughter Katie is a senior in the engineering department of Texas A&M.
Judy has lived in Austin, Tx. since 1970 and is as knowledgeable about Austin as any lifetime resident. Her love for Austin & the surrounding areas, her appreciation of the wonderful outdoor & cultural opportunities that exist; and her experience in raising 2 children in the community enable her to provide a well rounded and invaluable service to both buyers and sellers.
Hollie Bowen
Hollie brings a fresh and creative edge to what the Bowen Team can offer to clients. Receiving her Bachelor and Master of Science in Marketing degrees from Texas A&M University, Hollie has an extensive background in marketing and sales. Her combined education and experience as a Neuroscience Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for Eli Lilly & Company have proven to be a winning combination. Prior to entering real estate, Hollie was ranked in the top 1% of the nation for sales, and # 1 out of Texas for her Teamwork Leadership role, proving her solid skills set.
Hollie’s philosophy is to offer superior customer service, while focusing on and tailoring her knowledge to her customer’s needs and desires. She has a love for meeting new people and forming lasting relationships. From the moment clients walk through the door, Hollie provides them with endless energy, innovative ideas, and exemplary service.
